Is Moonemail an Australian email service?

Moonemail is built for Australian businesses. Our application stores and processes email content and delivery records in Sydney. Recipient mailboxes and connected services can be overseas. Read about data and hosting.

Can I send marketing emails with Moonemail?

Today’s pilot focuses on transactional emails triggered by an action in your product, such as a receipt or password reset. Audiences, newsletters, broadcasts and marketing automation are planned, not currently available. Tell us about your marketing email needs.

How do I start sending?

Request early access with a little about your product and expected email volume. Access is currently by invitation. We’ll help verify your sending domain and confirm your account’s sending limits before your first customer send.

Can I use Moonemail as my business inbox?

No. Moonemail sends outbound email from your application. It doesn’t host mailboxes or receive replies. Keep your existing inbox provider and use a reply-to address you monitor.
